Louvered doors were in place when I bought the boat in 1976. The outer ones are permanently secured, the inner ones open out giving good access. The shelves to port and starboard are my doing. A very simple job. Standard closet shelving attached to the stiffener on side of hull & from overhead. They run back as far as the built-in shelves. They can be un-hung to lie flat against hull or entirely removed in a jiffy.
