Primary restoration includes: recore soft deck areas, new pintles and gudgeons, new rudder post, new cutlass bearing system (I used the one that's already on the MIR site that has the water inlet port), stripping of entire boat down to gel coat (the yard guys weighed the paint chips from the bottom paint - 158 lbs.), applications of various primers, epoxy's, and paints to build up the new finish, drill out and epoxy fill all bolt holes on the boat (there were 203 of them), stripping, repairing, sanding, and re varnishing of all exterior woodwork (28 pieces), installation of new chain plates, new electrical panel and associated wiring, sanding and re varnishing of all interior woodwork, installation of removable force 10 stove, new Honduras mahogany cabinet doors, addition of two more type 24 house batteries (total of 1 starter and 3 house), all new interior primer and paint, sand and refinish bilge with oil resistant paint, installation of automatic bilge pump, installation of new sea cocks, and new VHF radio.

The new Westerbeke M3-20 diesel engine, Herth transmission, aluminum fuel tank, and Westerbeke admiral control panel were installed by the previous owner.
